I went hear about a month back and I'm just now writing a review about this restaurant. Its overall a good restaurant to eat at but dont order the hotdog if u don't like ur hotdogs drenched in ketchup and mustard . Other Than That I got fries they were good. Service was good as well, would come again

Fairly small joint in Stanleyville outside of Winston Salem. Great breakfast. If you've got salmon cakes on the breakfast menu, that's all it takes to impress me.

Excellent food ! Had a grilled chicken sandwich combo with drink for $8.00. Chicken Sandwich was grilled perfectly and fries were tasty. My buddies hamburger was excellent also. But the waitress was really something special! Everyone was nice. Will definitely be back!!!!

I absolutely LOVE Grandma Ruby's Restaurant!!!!! When I stopped early recently, these guys were already rockin and rolling! Jana greeted me and immediately poured me a cup of their great coffee....and since I was in a hurry , she took my order and it was in front of me in no time! Judy a simple bacon, egg and cheese biscuit ...and delicious, I had the please of meeting the owner Dennis who is a down to earth and outgoing guy. My first question to him was "how do you keep your prices so low?!" I was bowled over by how inexpensive everything was and they do NOT cut corners on quality!!! So I went back the next day and had the pleasure of meeting a very young looking Grandma Ruby who was charming. And when I walked in, Jans even greeted me by name even though I was in the restaurant for the first time the day before....impressive!!! And the full breakfast was equally amazing (the slightly crispy chunky potato's were the bomb!) You have to stop in and check out Gramdma Ruby's...you will not be disappointed

Great little place, and service is fast & friendly! Variety of great country cooking! I highly recommend this restaurant!!!

The Food was top tier I ordered the Ribeye medium two times and sure enough it was perfection now I'll be comfortable ordering it medium rare like I want. The service is also top tier not like a normal restaurant where they set and forget. And the setting of the little country cooking cabin feel is what I love most about this place. Grandma Ruby definitely has her staff in order and knows what she's doing!

Nice no frills spot with low priced food. Small interior so get their early to snag a seat. Food was good but the sweet tea was the star of my meal. I absolutely love a good sweet tea and theirs was perfection.

Tiny family diner... brightly decorated with roosters and all the things you remembered seeing in your grandmas kitchen growing up. The staff is friendly and very attentive. Prices are reasonable! You can get anything from breakfast... burgers or a home cooked meal. I will have to say... the burger OTW is delicious. SO if you don't mind a small southern diner ... this is a good place to grab a bite to eat.
